Saturday's Critters

Lots of critters to show off this week - mostly chipmunks...

...and gray squirrels.

As you can see, there are two gray squirrels.
My Douglas squirrels are currently AWOL - I'm hoping they are raising a family.

The bunnies though, have reappeared.

A bunny in the daisies.

The chipmunks like my newest birdbath.

It's low to the ground...

...for easy access.

Look at those cheeks!

There is something delicate about the tiny hands and the way the chippies eat.

There's nothing delicate about this gray squirrel eating sunflower seeds as fast as he can!

Yes, you!

What do you have to say for yourself?

You say if not sunflowers, then you're happy to eat suet.

As much as possible as fast as you can!

Back to bunnies then!

I had three in the backyard Thursday morning.

They were playing Bunny Tag which is great fun to watch, if difficult to photograph.

Then they settled down to eat.

Are you up for another game of tag?

Hop to it!

I had to chuckle over the squirrel in the Folger container. Saw a bunny scurry across the road this morning. Still haven't seen any in the yard. Enjoy your Saturday!
