I wonder what secrets this winking owl is keeping from us!
As you can see my front feeder set up remains popular with the Acorn Woodpeckers.
I am pleased that they are enjoying the suet as well as the peanuts.
An adult male on the left, a female on the right.
Here's Baby Boy bird on the left and a female on the right.
We'd had very rainy, windy weather that day on the birds look somewhat bedraggled, don't they?
Baby Boy also like the nuts in the cylinder feeder.
The Flickers have rediscovered the suet feeder.
This young female has become a regular visitor.
I also saw a male Downy Woodpecker eating suet. I hope to get photo or two of him to share with you.

Beautiful photos, yes the rain looks like it is affecting the feathers of the birds.
We tried feeding the birds one winter and the squirrels almost ate us out of house and home
A neat little owl and lovely flickers.
Love that owl! It's nice seeing the woodpeckers and flickers all happy.
Love that stitched owl, very cute. The woodpeckers look so funny with their feathers all messy! With all the wind and rain we are having, our birds are fairly scarce. We need to get the winter feeders up.
Your newest owl is very cute! The birds look happy at the feeders.
Love your owl Beth! Great pictures of the acorns - that little guy is so cute!
Isn't he cute! Love his winking eye :) Those flickers and woodpeckers are both such colorful, interesting birds. I'm wondering if a suet feeder would draw prettier birds to my yard...
Love the winking owl! Great photos.
Great activity at your feeders! Can't say I have seen any at our new one yet... I know... give it time! Hugs!
