Do you see the chipmunk?
He's on the crossbar of the purple plant structure.
They eat so delicately.
Normally there is only room...
...for one at the dish.
It's rare to have two like this.
It is far more common to have quail and a bunny close at hand.
This bunny hopped over and flopped down...
...to take a morning nap as best as I could tell.
The quail groomed...
...and the bunny dozed...
...one eye at half-mast.

Probably keeping an out eye for the hawk or the bobcat! The chipmunks are adorable.
It's always lovely to drop in and see all the furry and feathery goodness on your blog. I wish I saw chipmunks in our neighborhood more often.
Cute critters. We have a tiny squirrel that has made our deck its favorite place. We have a second floor deck so we were not always careful about the door being closed. Now we are!!!
