Close Encounter of the Curious Kind

With cooler days and longer nights, Padma and Parvati are spending more time inside.

Except when they are outside...

Parvati has become pretty fearless in her interactions with the deer.

This does was extremely curious.

But Parvati did not back down.  In fact she hissed and swatted a paw.

The doe when, "Huh?"

But then the fawn joined in...

...and Parvati had had enough.

"Stop following me already!"

"After all that, I need a drink!"

Great photos; those deer appear very tame. You are a fast and good stitcher Beth. What a lucky combination! Love your woodpecker photos too.
