Surprise!

Design - "Love" (Celebrate with charm) #F164
Designer - Lizzie Kate
Fabric - 28 count Light Mocha
Fibers - GAST & WDW - 2 strands over 2 threads
Started - 2 February 2018
Completed - 4 February 2018

Surprise!  Without any preview, I've managed to complete a February stitch by the 4th of the month. I like the bouquet of tulips and the use of green and lavender with shades of pink.

Here's my other surprise.

My Yellow-rumped Warbler has moved on...

...but has been replaced by a male Lesser Goldfinch!

So far just the single bird.

He's been hanging out with and eating with a small group of Pine Siskins.

He is a welcome pop of color on dull gray days.

He is a beautiful bird and just right for this dull time of year.

Another cute LK finish! Since I am going backwards, I already KNOW the Yellow-butt is back... but that Lesser Goldfinch is such a cool surprise! Wish they were out here with their cousins, the American Goldfinch! Thanks for sharing!
