Bits of This and Bits of That

Everyday, another excuse reason why I haven't stitched...much.  Yesterday turned into an "Errand Day" - haircut, Easter cards, etc.  Then the evening finished with the Championship game of the College Basketball Invitational  - Oregon versus Creighton.  I brought my Stone and Thread Bunny, but as you can see, I did not accomplish much.  A very exciting game - Oregon hit the winning shot with 2 seconds left in the game! 

Yesterday was a lovely day - hard to believe that parts of New England received 12" of snow.

Everyone likes a blue-sky day! 

The Quail perched on our west-facing bench - the better to enjoy the sunshine.

The swallows thought it a perfect day for house-hunting.

The Downy Woodpecker was all about blue skies!

And our Unofficial Audubon Society was out and about too.

Today is the opening day of the Saturday Market / Farmers' Market for the 2011 growing season - I think I hear breakfast calling me!
