A Valentine Finish and Floral Photos

Design - "2006 Collector's Heart"
Designer - Heart in Hand
Fabric - 32 count Summer Khaki Belfast linen
Fibers - GAST & WDW
Started - 5 February 2011
Completed - 15 February 2011

I really like the use of color and the rambling border.
A fun February stitch.

I was out and about on Valentine's Day and have a few photos to share
as part of Outdoor Wednesday.

There were lots of primroses for sale...

Some of the potted plants came with a feathered salesperson!

The sparrows sang their hearts out, "Buy this for your loved-one!"

And still more primroses...it's that time of year!

I love the valentine heart - so cheery! And nice to be seeing flowers! Buh-bye Winter. :)

Your Valentine's heart is very cute - I agree with you about the border.

It amazes me that as far north as you are you still are into spring. It will be two more months before we see those kind of displays at our garden centers!
