We have several different kinds of daffodils in bloom now.  I'll have to share some photos.  Also in bright yellow, I saw a male American Goldfinch on Sunday - the first of the year!

Here's my weekly woodpecker report.
It's all about couples this time of year!

I wonder how many females are coming to the feeders, or if I'm photographing the same one over and over again.

She does have lovely orange tail feathers.

Soon she will be paired up and start nesting.

What fun to see all your woodpeckers. OK, for some reason I hadn't realized flickrs were woodpeckers. I'm learning!

So many kinds of woodpeckers - and they're all beautiful! Really like that stitched daffodil, too.

Not sure what I like most, woodpeckers or daffodils! Love them both!
