On a Roll

Design - "Whoo's There?"
Designer - Barbara Ana Designs
Fabric - 32 count cream linen
Fibers - DMC - 2 strands over 2 threads
Started - 23 October 2016
Completed - 24 October 2016

Two finishes in four days - Wahoo!  Lots to like about this cutie.  The bright blue lizard, the trio of dangling spiders, the owl's hat, and the toothy pumpkin to name a few.
We had a rain-free weekend much to the cats' delight.

Parvati prefers to be outside even when it is cold and raining sideways.

Padma though is more of a fair-weather cat.

This studly gentleman provided our excitement over the weekend.

He strolled by with great presence and then tore off after a doe. Hormones in over-drive! (Apologies for the blurry photo)

Nothing new on the birding front.
A Steller's Jay

A Fox Sparrow.

Congratulations on the finishes! Love always the bird pictures. Between my full time job from 7-4:30 and volunteers evenings for the next two weeks, I'm not getting my bird fix. Here in NE Kansas the hummers have long gone, but a friend of mine had one at her feeder yesterday! Normally the last she'll see one is 10/7. I've still got my feeders up, so if there is a straggler, he/she will have something to drink. So, whats the next stitching project?

Fantastic finish, so cute. Aw look at the fluff balls chilling out. Our kitty hates the rain but as he is an indoor cat, he insists on going out in the yard every opportunity he gets then complains that he got wet.

Wow! That was a fast finish, Beth--very cute one, too! Your kitties look so comfy and relaxed as they laze in the sun. Ah--the life of a cat!

Both of your owl finishes are adorable. The cats look very cozy and peaceful. What a stately buck; well, until those hormones kick in! What a great shot of him in pursuit!

Another finish? Wow! What a cute Halloween owl. Better keep a glass of ice handy for those smoking hot needles. ;)

What a cute design and finish. I always love the deer especially the last one of the baby and Padma. How do you keep the deer ticks off of you and the felines?
