Spooky!

I liked how this design is "Halloweeny" without using a pumpkin, or bat, or witch.  So I kitted it up Wednesday. Then...

...I stitched it!

Design - "A Halloween Year - August - Spooky"
Designer - Homespun Elegance
Fabric - 30 count WDW Putty linen
Fibers - WDW & GAST - 2 strands over two threads
Started - 5 October 2011
Completed - 5 October 2011

The bright Autumn Leaves colors used for this are great.  I cranked it out on a rainy Wednesday afternoon.  Perfect!

I thought these photos worked with the "Spooky" theme!

Turkey Vultures...

Spiders...

Snake Skins...

Pumpkins...

Moon...

Beautiful colours in Spooky. That's a fantastic shot of the moon. I always enjoy your flora and fauna pics.
