So it appears as though nesting season is not yet over.
The Barn Swallows are building two mud nests in our shop garage.
Can you see them?
They are a rather messy mix of mud twigs and straw.
My Dad put a large piece of cardboard on the floor to 'capture' any dropped material.
There is still one active Violet-green Swallow nest!
Usually everyone fledges around the 4th of July.
But not this year - there are at least two birds in this nest.
Feed us!
