I am still seeing my single California Quail.

He appears content to hang out with sparrows and juncos. 

I keep hoping that other quail will join him.

I've seen some about 1/2 mile away, so it's possible.

Most mornings there are lots of Steller's Jays and a couple of Scrub Jays. 

And flickers - I've seen as many as eight at the same time.

This trio has one male and two females.
