On Monday the 10th we had a large predator sighting and since that time the only deer we've seen is this single doe. All the bucks and does with fawns have been AWOL for almost two weeks now.
The chipmunks are back eating sunflower seeds.
And messing in my potted plants.
Look at those dainty hands.
The bunnies are cautious and stick close to the hedges.
This one was eating prickly thistle.

I am guessing the large predator was a mountain lion or cougar or whatever they are called in your neck of the woods. I hope the missing critters slowly make their reappearances. Have a wonderful weekend, Beth!
