Not much of anyone is singing right now.

But the Bushtits do chatter away.  This photo provides a nice comparison on the size of a Bushtit versus an Hummingbird.  The Bushtits are not that much larger than the Anna's.

They are far friendlier at the feeder and feed in flocks.

It's fun to watch them fly in and eat.

Almost anything works as a landing pad for them.

Seven birds.

Front, back, top, bottom, left and right!

I still have good mixed flocks of American Goldfinches, Lesser Goldfinches, and Pine Siskins.

There's also a few House Finches out and about.

The Black-headed Grosbeaks are quiet now too.  They are far fewer in number, and do not often come to the feeders much.
