He's pretty single-minded and has been raising havoc with the does.
When he is not around...
the does and Parvati have a breakfast meeting on the patio.

FYI - the cats get monthly flea and tick meds, and so far in Oregon deer ticks and lyme disease are very rare.

I guess because of sheer size, the deer would win in a tussle with the cats, tho lions and tigers take on prey several times larger and win... Domestication must have changed things! Hugs!
my favourite pictures are those with the curious does and Parvati!! one day they'll get close enough for a sniff!

Delightful series of pictures! While Parvati's expression and body language make up most of the story, the doe is so calm throughout as if she's just saying, "hello, hello."
Great series of shots of the deer and the cat. Cats do not seem to lack self confidence in these types of stand offs!
