A couple of Big Birds to share today.
California Scrub Jay
A bigger bird - a Raven
Far larger than a crow and makes totally different noises than a grow.
Usually only 1 or 2 birds while crows gather in larger groups.
Also note the BIG bill and shaggy feathers on the throat.
I usually see 'my' pair of Ravens early in the morning, but this one stopped by for an afternoon visit.
