Census Time

It's census time in the United States.

Time to take a census of the Acorn Woodpeckers.

And surprise!  There are two females!

I think it's been five years since I last had two females.

See the top of their heads?  Red, then black, then white - females!

Staring up at a Band-tailed Pigeon.

Three birds - two females and a male.

Two females.

A female and male.
I used to have two males...I wonder what happened...
