Everyone poses - everyone is a model!
This though was another big thrill.
A small flock of Cedar Waxwings flew in.
All mature birds with bright yellow tail feather tips and brilliant red lines on their wings.
And their "hair styles" - feather styles?
Serious looks.
The bird in the middle was calling - see its bill is open.
And here's part of the group again with an American Goldfinch look on.

Sweet stitch! Yay for the Cedar Waxwings! Will they hang around or are they just passing through?
