Here's a sweet little stitch that I churned out in two days back in 2012.  I like the muted color pallet.

The birds continue to entertain with family interactions.

The noisiest family by far is the Raven family.
It's a family of four - the two kids are on the bottom branch - the middle bird with its mouth open and the bird on the right looking upward.

Everyone in the group talks and squawks -loudly!

The parents get tired of the fuss and flutter up to a higher branch...

...then everyone flies off...talking!

American Goldfinches are among my last birds to fledge.

And now that they have, they also number among the nosiest or at least the most incessant! Beg - flutter and and flap.

And now I get fed!

Thanks Mom!

How about you Dad?

I agree, when Ravens get together they are LOUD!!

Sweet patriotic stitch, Beth! They just want to make their presence known just in case you have missed them.

I imagine there are human parents that wish they could occasionally fly off and leave the squawking children!

Such a sweet stitch, the buttons are really cute on it too. More great bird snapshots!
