A WIP and Fall Flowers

I'll bet you've forgotten that I am still working on a Noah's Ark or two.  I am so close to having this Noah's stitch done.  I just have some back stitching to do. What's keeping me from finishing it up? I don't know.

My mother and I went to Gray's Garden Center.

As is often the case, there is so much more to see than plants.

Cool garden art.

I never met a blue pot that I did not like!

Garden Art

A pretty winter planting.

I watched several customers pick up a winter container or two.

I like the cheerful faces that pansies have.

Several of them came home with me.

A pretty post. And I have never met a pansy I did not like. ;)

That is quite a big piece for you, Beth, compared to your normal small stitching! Really looking nice :)

I think it's great that you, your mom, and sister all share a love of gardening--looks like you have some wonderful garden centers in your area with very unusual offerings!

I always like to take trips to your garden centers. So many great things.

... because we hate backstitching, that's why!! I am inspired to go to my garden center now!

I am right there with you on the blue pots. Love those sweet lil' pansies too. Looks like a great way to spend a day.
