While watching a group of Golden-crowned Sparrow, I noticed this outlier.
The yellow in front of the eye, the white throat...
...the white stripes on the head.
Yep, it's a White-throated Sparrow!

What a catch. Beautiful yellow spot. I think he needs a special name, like maybe "Sunshine".
