It's mid-April and the wildflowers are in bloom!
Our native iris, iris tenax is in bloom.
There's a lot of color variation from clump to clump - from light purple to dark bluish-purple.

Did enjoy sharing in your walk, I tried to grow shooting stars on year but in our climate they were short lived.
That Oregon Fawn Lily is so pretty and delicate! I also love the iris. Actually all the flowers are very pretty!
