Saturday's Critters

I did not think I'd have anything to post today.

But then a couple of deer came by.

We've not seen much of them since the evening of the 7th.

Barry Buck usually travels with...

...this doe.

I'm sure they were glad to have some rain.

And off they go!

We were blessed to get rain beginning Thursday night and through Friday and again on Friday evening.  Lots of rain (for us) over 2"! And much improved air quality. It did not / will not put out these monster wildfires, but will help with the further spread as well as containment, and certainly help prevent other fires from starting.  The Holiday Farm Fire as of yesterday is 173,025 acres and 12% contained.

Barry Buck and his doe friend look very healthy. Glad you had some rain in your area, Beth.
