Synchronized Sleeping
The Final Results

The judges have submitted their scores and it is a tie!

Both the Synchronized Sleeping teams have been awarded gold metals!

In further good news, I escorted Johnson and Charlie to their Forever Home yesterday morning.  When I left, the girls were busy exploring their new digs.  They will be very well cared for and greatly loved.

I got this photo last night.  As you can see the cats have made themselves at home! I am so happy for them and their new owners!  An Olympic-sized win for everyone!

So who is dining at my newest bird feeder?
I've not been home much to see lately...

But I have observed Black-capped Chickadees and Chestnut Backed Chickadees.

I saw a Steller's Jay use the feeder and this Towhee as well.

In many of the northern states, the return of Robins is a sign of the approaching Spring. As I've mentioned before, we have Robins all year.
So what signals the change of seasons here?

Why the return of the Turkey Vultures of course!

You can keep your American Cliff Swallows San Capistrano!
They've got nothin' on my big old birds!

I am so very, very happy for the girls. Good job helping out Beth. =)

So very glad the girls have a new home together. It must have been difficult on them to lose their owner. But they live in the moment so now can begin a new life with an obvious lovely owner .

It's wonderful how relaxed they look in such a short space of time. Did your aunt take them after all? You'll feel so much better knowing they have found a new home where they can be loved and cared for.

Yikes! Turkey vultures? lol! I'm so happy that Charlie and Johnson have a happy new forever home. That's such good news! I'm glad also that it was a tie -- both cat couples did a great job! :D Love your sheepie -- so cute! Love seeing the birds too, of course!

So glad you found the kitties a forever home, and that they have already acclimated to it well! Yay!
Super cute little sheep project! Our temps went up to 78, then crashed and rained with thunderstorms and threats of tornadoes! Is it Spring now? I don't think so...not here...

Love the birds coming back. We have Robins year round also. I have not noticed whether the Turkey vultures leave or not but I will be more observant now.

Another cute finish! Such good news that the sisters are moved into their new forever home.

I've been hearing robins around here, but haven't seen them yet. Three different friends said they saw flocks of robins last weekend.

Fabulous synchronized sleeping photos! It's funny how often that happens. I am so happy the cats were able to be together. The chestnut backed chickadee is so cute. What a great sheep!
