Color, Color, and More Color


My newest purchases of Crescent Colors and GAST Shaker threads set the theme for today...color, color, and more color!



The planters and hanging baskets in downtown Eugene are extraordinary this year.  I cannot believe how vibrant and lush they are mid-September.
I'm envious, I'm jealous, I'm lucky to have them as part of my street-scape!

The green sweet potato vine glowed on a grey day.

Perfect symmetry!

While I would not decorate with orange and purple, in nature it works! 

The same goes for pink and red.

My poor petunia (in a hanging basket) looks like a brown thumb reject.  These petunias are full and healthy.

Rosa Parks had a bouquet to take home!
