Migration - BT Gray Warbler

Migration in the Willamette Valley includes Swainson's Thrushes and several Warblers.


That said, first off here's a year-around bird.

A Red-breasted Nuthatch

"Howdy!"

One recent morning I had four or five sightings of Black-throated Gray Warblers.

They are one of the warblers that are on the move to winter grounds.

I had one or two that hung out until mid-summer.

These guys are all migrants. 

Look at that!  A clear shot of the bird!

This is more typical a leaf in the way. 

Or behind branches.
Safe journey little birds!
