Bluebirds!

 

Perhaps I got a gentle reminder to start up working on this again.

I had a Sunday morning surprise

A small group of Bluebirds flew overhead singing.

My Merlin app helped to ID them. 

They landed atop a tall Douglas fir tree.

The day was dull and overcast and they were at a distance...

So not the best photos.

Still such a wonderful gift to see.

As it turned out, there were four birds.
