I'm thankful that I mid-November I'm still seeing an Acorn Woodpecker or two.

Originally, I thought that these photos were all the same male. 

But look closely.

This guy has pink eyes - the sign of a mature bird.

And this guy - he has blue eyes!

That's the sign of a young (newly fledged) bird.

See his baby blue eyes!

I must then have two guys  - YAY!
