Lots of Golden-crowned Sparrows are out and about.
And lots of Steller's Jays.
Their portraits are themed "Blue on Blue".
This one is rockin' an upright "feather-do".
Have to admire this fashion-forward bird!

Hoot is so cute. I love to see owls in stitching pieces! That bird is really very blue. We see them pretty often up here.
Tu trabajo me encanta....yo vivo en la ciudad, solo veo gorriones, palomas y gaviotas, ya que mi ciudad esta bañada por el Mediterraneo....
Pero conmigo viven un perro de raza indefinida y 5 periquitos, estos ultimos me dan mucho trabajo, pero son felices, ya que yo los dejo sueltos por la terraza....
