I'd hoped to be able to feature a female Anna's. I briefly saw one twice earlier in the week, but did not have a camera either time.
So here's the guy.
He's a tough little dude.
I saw him run off a Steller's Jay!

Too funny to learn your hummer ran off a Stellar Jay. Brave hummer. I'll have to pay more attention to my hummers to see what they run off. I'm more used to watching them defend "their" feeder, or feeders, depending on how I place them.
