Wednesday's Walk

I love this time of year.

it's when the Douglas fir puts on soft fuzzy verdant new growth.

Leaders

And branches

It makes me want to pet it.

The Big Leaf Maple are bright green too.

And they've already set seed.

This is one of the pretty shrubs right now.

It's a native - Buckbrush (Ceanothus cuneatus)

Truly a lovely spray.
