Born in 1884, Elmer was the son of Willis and Ardella Waning and Billy Waning's cousin.

What a beautiful treasure from the past, Beth! Yes, I do still send Christmas cards. It is one of the few Christmas traditions I still love to do.
Oh yes, I still send out Christmas cards! I noticed we received just a little less of them this year. :( Not with my stitching friends though. :)
