Signs of Autumn

There's still time to stitch another owl or two.
I like this one's yellow eyes.

Besides my stitching theme for October, here are some of my other favorite autumnal motifs.

A big bouquet of my sister's dahlias in harvest colors.

My Salvia in the early morning covered in a heavy dew and replete with spider webs.

And here's an autumn-colored cat!  Solomon.

Parvati too is enjoying the autumn sunshine.

And the noisiest most active birds this week?
The Anna's Hummingbirds.

The eyes are certainly just a tad spooky! Very fitting for Halloween :)

That's a cute photo of the hummingbird, like it's sitting at attention!

The dahlias are gorgeous. The kitties look like they are ready to snooze into autumn!

It seems unanimous... the dahlias are so gorgeous! What a life as a cat, eh? Lie around, soaking up the sun all day long... sigh...
