As dawn broke this morning, a bit of ground fog lingered.
Yesterday was 91F, but the night cooled down and the moisture condensed to create wisps fog.
As autumn approaches there are more Chickadees at the feeders.
There's never any lack of Scrub Jays.
We must have over 3 dozen Goldfinches.
They are still loving the nyger thistle seed.
They are also active amongst the teasle, thistle, and hazelnut brush.
Lots of Annas Hummingbirds.
This is my best shot yet of a Red-breasted Sapsucker.
As the sun set and the moon rose, I decided to try out the zoom lens of my new camera.
What do you think?
