The cats have mentioned an increase in rodents lately,.
and they assured me that they are on the case.
They've spied two Gray Squirrels working the bird feeders off the Back patio.

At the same time a third Gray Squirrel was down at the Big Bird Feeder.
And if that were not enough, they've lost track of the number of brown bunnies hopping around at the edge of the berm.
The cats of indicated that the Douglas Squirrel requires further study as historically, it has been an infrequent visitor.
They also noted the presence once again of chipmunks.
Really, what is a cat to make of all of this?

We've had a squirrel visiting of late and to Poppy's disgust a mouse. It's truly got her demented - she fell off the window sill with excitement one morning.

I do love seeing all that wildlife but squirrels at the bird feeders- a problem here too!
I do love squirrels, even if they're a nuisance at times!
