So here we go!

A rather simple gold frame that picks up the colors in the bee skeps.

So. This happened!

A nesting box that's not been occupied for 10 years has tenants!

A Black-capped Chickadee pair has built a nest, sat on the eggs, and is now feeding babies!

I am so very excited!

The nesting box is just off the west end of the front porch.

And it is easily viewable from inside the house. 

Also with a respectful distance, from the front porch.

The Chickadees are busy, busy birds!
