A Ruby-crowned Kinglet or Hutton's Vireo.
I keep going back and forth.
Either one would be unusual to have at feeders.
I think it's too bing to be a kinglet and probably is a vireo.
I've sent the photos to someone who is a MUCH better birder than I am, and I'll let him weigh in.
I'll update the post when he let's me know.
No sign of a ruby crown, so again I'm thinking vireo.
