The Rufous are here!
The male is mostly hanging out in the front of the house.
It's shaded so his colors are muted.
Here he is in the back of the house in the sunlight!
And the females are back too!
They look similar to Anna's...
...but have brown on the sides of their bellies.
Here are two ladies chatting. Perhaps their talking about their journey north.

Beautiful photos of your lovely hummers. As you inspired me to buy unprocessed cotton, for hummingbird nesting material, I wanted to let you know that we've been watching them come take nesting material. One mother to be took a few pieces of cotton and then made a direct line to the feeder, only to spit out the cotton before she could enjoy a drink. It was hilarious to watch.
