Smaller guys
Sometimes male House Finches are not red.
Depending on what they eat, their feather can be pink, red, orange, or yellow.
This guy is sort of orange-yellow.
I've seen him several times now.
Still have Pine Siskins.
And in pretty good numbers.
And happy to see a White-crowned Sparrow.
The name is pretty obvious, right?
I think there are 2 or 3 birds luring in the under brush.
Migration makes for changes in the birds one sees.

What a good assortment of smaller birds you have, Beth! I know the Pine Siskins don't hang around when it gets 'warmer'. When do they start heading off?
