I think they now have a fledged baby or two.

This male has blue eyes  - mature adults have red/pink eyes.

I like the size contrast here. It gives you an idea of just how BIG the Band-tailed Pigeons are.

 A Red-breasted Sapsucker.
I've not seen one in months.

And while I see Juncos every day, I think this photo of one in a dogwood is stunning.
