Lunar Eclipse

 We weren't in line for a total eclipse Thursday night, but we did get a partial eclipse.

I thought it was pretty cool.

All the adult male Black-headed Grosbeaks appear to have left the area.

Now all I'm seeing, and not very many at that, are females / immature birds.

Still doing the grosbeak thing and cracking black oil sunflower shells with their strong beaks.
