They're back!
I saw the first Band-tailed Pigeons around the 9th of February, but have not been able to take a photo until now.
So far low numbers and they are extremely skittish. But soon I'll need to remove the trays on the feeders.
Cold morning with LOTS of Steller's Jays.
Some were puffed up to fight the temps.

Indeed it is cold where I am. Socal is very cold at the moment. 🥶
Love the pictures of the steller's jays, Beth! We are suppose to be in the mid to upper 60s today; yesterday was only in the upper 40s.
