The Bears

The bears are still out and about.  

A couple of cubs...

...and Mama.

Playing in the water

Mom has had enough!

And the cubs continue to play.

Another bear.

This is a big bear!

Coming up from the creek.

Drinking cub while Mom watches.

Blurry cubs.


Will we see them in November?  Stay tuned!

    I've never lived in a place that has close encounters w/bears. Since reading your blog I also didn't realize how nocturnal bears can be! Love these trail posts....
