February's Header Revealed

Garden Grumbles & Cross Stitch Fumbles February 2019 Blog Header.

ROW #1: Lizzie Kate, "Celebrate" - "Love"; Lizzie Kate, "Double Flip - February".
ROW #2: Hands on Design, "Year in Chalk - February".
ROW #3: Heart in Hand, "Joyful Journal - February"; Lizzie Kate, "February Stamp".

I cannot believe that January has slipped into February already.  Wow!  Besides the new blog header, I have a couple of other things I'd like to share today.

The first is a cross stitch blog called "The Southpaw Stitcher". As a Leftie myself, I give bonus point to anyone who crafts while being left-handed!  Anyway, this midwestern stitcher has just finished all 26 of the large Prairie Schooler Alphabets.  It's an amazing accomplishment.

Secondly, after reading through my comments, I realized I'd shared a link to a hummingbird nest with eggs.
There's also a feed from southern California with two babies - they are about 14 days old.  Here the link.

And lastly, I've started out the year terribly behind on reading other's blogs and commenting on them as well as answering comments on this blog.  I will do better in February.

  3. I'll be checking that nest often, I want to see momma feeding her hatchlings. Isn't it amazing that the next is the size of half a golf ball? I found that fascinating!
Your header is filled with Valentine's love!!

  5. I'm not normally a pink girl, but I do love all the pink this time of year. Your header looks fabulous--think I may need to stitch a few of those for myself :)

  8. You have a knack for just the right combination of stitches for your monthly headers! I thought about doing one like that... but... promptly changed my mind! Obviously, don't worry about absences from blogging--we still love you and will wait for more! Hugs!
