I'm about half way with the stitching of this "Alphabet Owl".
I should have a finish to show off next week.
Wednesday thought rainy, was mild so Parvati and Padma elected to spent time outside.
Wet weather is perfect American Robin weather.
The California Quail are impervious to the rain.
And they pretty much ignore the deer!
Two House Finches and a Golden-crowned Sparrow.
Bush Birds!
House Finch, Golden-crowned Sparrow, Rufous Towhee, and Song Sparrow.
The last picture somehow looks very Christmas-y!
ReplyDeleteLots of birds... but not...Winding down for the coming winter.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! Love the rufous towhee. Wondering if we have them in Kansas?!?
ReplyDeleteLoving your stitching and birding!
ReplyDeleteI love your friends
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable
Oh look double decker cats! ;)
ReplyDeleteThe floss you're using on your alphabet owl is lovely - I want to stitch pumpkins with it. Enjoyed your backyard visitors and your walk this morning - the foggy mist caught in the trees is beautiful.
What a lovely collection of bush birds! I like to stitch the JBW designs. It's almost like doing a little puzzle.
ReplyDeleteFun pictures! Funny kitties!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the quail with the deer. It's nice that everyone can be out there together!
I really like the last picture with the various birds together!
