I was so excited to see four Anna's the other day. There were two females dining together at one of the nectar feeders, and two other birds zooming around nearby. Four!
With that many birds around there are territory issues.
A nice high perch serves as a look out.
But one has to take breaks and refuel!
Yay for so many Anas! Glad to hear they are out and about.
ReplyDeleteAmazing there are that many overwintering!
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos! I always wonder about territory issues when I have as many as 8 hummers using my feeders.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, I am in SO impressed with your beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteFour Annas is quite amazing. I hope our neighbor is watching our feeder!
