The female Quail looks intent.
The male looks alert.
The Evening Grosbeak looks pleasantly full.
The female looks concern - over the male's table manners perhaps?
"Hmmmm," says the Robin knowingly.
I'm hoping the Violet-green Swallow is not suffering from buyer's remorse!
We had a lovely, if rather ominous-looking moon-rise Thursday night.
What's the deeper meaning of a full moon on Friday the 13th?
I noticed in rereading the Dockland's post that the museum's exhibit featured the 1779 painting of Dido Elizabeth Belle which inspired the current movie "Belle"!
The full moon on Friday the 13th is called a Honey Moon and will not happen again for 100 years. At least that was what I was told yesterday! I love your headings and your bird and animal pictures.
