Spring Treats

After all the hard work of the last few days, I think I need a special treat.

I loved this bee skep cake.

These are single serving key lime pies.

Little bite-sized cakes.

This was a sunflower cake.

Ah...chocolate.  I chose a blue floral petit four.
Yumm!

  2. PS The sun is shining with us at last. It's still a little chilly but it's been a beautiful day so far.

  3. I feel the pounds just adding with only looking at these scrumpous cakes.
The flower cake is amazing, never seen anything like that before.
My choice would be a petite four for sure. Reminds me of the small bakery my mother would take me to after preschool. I always got a petite four. It was always a special treat. One of my foundest memoires from when I was 3 or 4. Thanks for the flash back.

  9. The bite-sized flower cakes look too delicately crafted to be eaten! They're beautiful. Works of art, every single one of them.

    Hugs,

  11. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet! A bee cake!!!
I almost made one of those for the hubby for his birthday earlier this month. The skep pan isn't cheap though, even from Amazon. I couldn't quite justify it.........yet. I might get it at some point though. :)
