It's December - Are You Ready?

Garden Grumbles and Cross Stitch Fumbles December 2014 Blog Header

Row #1: Threadwork Primitives, "Woodland Deer"; The Prairie Schooler, "Nordic Holiday" - "Rudolph"; Lizzie Kate, "Jingles" - "Fa La La La La"; Lizzie Kate, "Tiny Tidings IX" - "Merry"

Row #2: Lizzie Kate, "Jingles" - "Silent Night";   The Prairie Schooler, "Nordic Holiday" - "Red and Green Reindeer"; Lizzie Kate, "Jingles" - "Love".

I stitched all of the above designs in December 2013 while working full time. It's amazing given how packed the month of December normally is, that I had time to stitch one design, much less seven.

  1. I love your new header which nicely presents the Christmas colours. And so many Prairie Schoolers among the pieces, great.

  5. What a great new header, Beth!! I'm truly amazed at how many you were able to finish in addition to full-time work... I only work 2 1/2 days a week and am nowhere near as productive for some reason.

  6. Great header! And no, I'm not ready. Loll! For one thing, it comes as quite a shock how early it gets dark. That seemed to happen so fast this year!

  9. I am in awe of your monthly headers - each one is a gem! and no I am not ready... I've barely recovered from Thanksgiving...I think we should somehow put more days between the two holidays, maybe move Thanksgiving to August... no big holidays in that month...ok -now I'm just babbling! LOL!

  12. Why did I think you didn't work?? Hmmm... and NO, I am not ready for December... but too late, it is here! Lovely stitches as always. I have stitched one of them... the last Tiny Tidings "Merry' one... gave it away, so I still might stitch it for me one of these years! Hugs!
