My "Series Sunday" idea seems to be what it takes to motivate me to work on my current Cottage Garden Samplings project. I've finished the border of "April's Daisy", and have made good progress on the sentiment.
Some of us are not interested in cross stitch - bird watching is our passion!
And on Sunday morning there was lots to see.
A female Northern Flicker wearing a polka dot jumper with striped jacket.
BOTH Acorn Woodpeckers were foraging for peanuts, though I managed to get photos of only the male.
The Chickadees patiently awaited their turn.
While the pushy Scrub Jays ran off everyone else.
April is so pretty - love the little chick :-) And the bird pics are just lovely.

April is coming along! I'm kind of with the kitties -- more interested in watching the birds right now, lol. More nice bird pics too!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Birds and kitty pictures Beth! I love the April Showers!!! When I first looked at it(without my glasses) I thought it was lightning from a storm with April Showers words..lol I did put my glasses on and seen I was wrong.. I love those colors!
